Stay at MPT Malwa was very comfortable and we were well taken care of. The room was spacious, equipped with all necessities, balcony opening to a lake below. The lawns were green, in full bloom and well maintained, dotted with 'kheri' trees. An aged large banyan tree especially caught our attention with a majestic swing enticing us. The walls carrying Gond Art paintings and a tribal hut plastered with cowdung mud with the traditional chullah would remind the visitors that they are visiting a tribal belt. We enjoyed the traditional tribal meal with curry, daal, greens, and bread styles made from makki. The receptionist was quick to arrange a guide for our sightseeing. Mr Sandeep, the Manager even arranged a volini spray at late hours as i sprained my foot. Overall we had a great time and a memorable experience!!

Although the hotel occupies prime real estate and is built to generous proportions, it is one of the dirtiest hotels we stayed in. The housekeeping and maintenance was abysmal. The staff are polite and helpful but totally untrained. All the people in our group complained bitterly about the cleanliness and had to ask the housekeeping to clean rooms specially. But rooms, windows, glass panes that have not been cleaned properly for months cannot be cleaned properly in an hour or two. Obviously the hotel does not have a professional housekeeping supervisor nor somebody to make sure that all lights, switches and appliances are working properly. I gave details feedback to the manager who was very polite and acknowledged my comments but it was clear that he did not have the faintest idea of how a hotel should be managed.

On my recent visit to beautiful Mandu, I had the pleasure of staying at the MPT Malwa Resort, a charming property ideally located by a small lake. The resort's peaceful ambiance, coupled with its proximity to Mandu's rich historical sites, made for a delightful experience. As a family, we particularly enjoyed the lush green lawns, children's play areas, and open spaces that allowed our son to freely explore and play. The resort offers spacious rooms, equipped with all the necessary amenities, providing a comfortable and restful stay. The food here deserves special mention for its variety and quality, striking the right balance in catering to diverse tastes. However, I couldn't help but share that certain aspects of the resort, especially the maintenance and upkeep of the rooms and facilities, should be improved. There's a definite effort required to improve the bathroom and furniture in the rooms. While the overall experience was enjoyable, enhancing these areas could elevate the resort to match the standards of top luxury properties. In summary, MPT Malwa Resort in Mandu is a commendable choice for families and tourists alike, offering a blend of comfort, location, and service. With some attention to maintenance, it has the potential to be an even more exceptional place to stay.

We had just one night stay in MPT Malwa resort, Mandu but we were very happy with the service, food, overall experience. I wish we could stay there more to explore the resort fully. I forgot some of my clothes in the resort and I realised it after we left Mandu! So we contacted the resort staff. Even though I had to follow up number of times, they finally managed to courier my clothes and even though after 2 months, I eventually received them by paying minimum for the speed post. I am thankful to the staff of the resort.
